My Little Gwynie Gumdrop turns 1

I know that everyone says that time starts speeding up as you get older, but I really CAN NOT believe that my little Gwyn is one already. She has been such a joy. She is the funnest little baby and we have all had such a great time with her. I'd like to think that I'm her favorite person in the whole world, but "DaDa" was her first real word and, let's be honest, Lucas is her favorite person.

Gwynie is very petite and girly looking, but when she opens her mouth she loves to let out big growls (something that Luke has taught her). It's a little disconcerting at first, but I absolutely love it! She also loves to contort her face. She doesn't have any teeth yet and she loves to suck her mouth in like a denture wearer. She sleeps through the night like a dream and loves to scream in the morning like she's about to die, but when you open the door she greats you with a big smile and jumps around and laughs like it was all a big joke. She currently says "uh oh", "dada", "mama"," wow", and she will also repeat all kinds of other words like "cracker", "book", and "bye-bye". She absolutely loves to shake her head no and say "na, na, na, na, na". She loves her soft purple blanket to go to sleep with and her favorite toy is probably the TV remote and the phone (sorry if you get a call). I just can't get enough of this little girl. I love her so much and I'm so happy to have her as my daughter. Love you little Gwynie Gumdrop!

Gwyn loved her cupcake!

Look at that face!

The girls look so happy with their goofy hats and the boys, not-so-much.

Luke's 4th Birthday in Disneyland Paris

This year we were lucky enough to spend some time in Holland and France. While we were there we celebrated Lucas' 4th birthday at Disneyland Paris. It was crazy crowded because it was also Easter Holiday, but Luke LOVED it and so did I. Luke and I are trying to convince Jared that we need to experience the Disneyland in our neck of the woods to truly compare.

Gwynie was a good sport and tolerated it all.

I thought Luke was going to burst a blood vessel. His whole body was shaking so badly. He was convinced he could pull the sword out if we let him try a little longer. Some tears were shed. So cute!

I really am so proud of this little boy. He has such a sweet little soul and loves his little sister and family intensely. Happy 4th Birthday to my Lucas Bair. I love you more than the mountains and the ocean!
